Beth has been my granddaughter's nurse for several shifts. She is extremely competent and attentive. She clearly puts her patients first, and she gives them extra attention and courtesy.
She does not call attention to herself and is never too busy to help that extra bit. She worked tirelessly to find a TV usable vein for J but when it didn't work out, she did not get frustrated or try where it was not possible. She suggested waiting until later to try again so she didn't hurt or stress J, who had already been through way too much.
Beth was extremely caring. She paid attention to details and treated J with respect. I never saw her take a break or stop to "hang out" with the other staff. She did her job exceptionally well.
Beth is a quiet, hard-working, and consistent nurse who deserves to be recognized.
