Elizabeth R Moore, RN

Lizzie demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills, forethought for emergency care situations, and kind and compassionate Pt/family care, and interaction. Lizzie demonstrated these skills by setting up her room in an appropriate way that she was familiar with emergency resuscitation equipment and had things staged for quick access. Additionally, she explained procedures in a way that was easy to understand all while demonstrating a passion and great understanding of the job. She also showed critical thinking skills by suggesting and executing procedures that aided in healthy and holistic care for both mom and baby. Overall, she was an amazing ambassador for the organization and showed how nurses are key players in the healthcare system.
