Going into having our first baby was an exciting, yet scary experience. Ellie became our nurse when I was overwhelmed with pain and nerves, and she was the calming presence that my husband and I needed. The care she provided for me and our baby two days later when we were fortunate enough to have her as our nurse again was more than I could have ever imagined. I was overwhelmed by how kind, patient, and empathetic she was – she even made sure to ask my husband every time she was in our room if he needed anything. She was an absolute angel. She made us feel so confident in caring for our baby. She is the epitome of what every patient wants in a nurse.
