I have been a patient for a while now and Elvis never fails to show compassion. He is very supportive, considerate, and caring. He is always helpful and takes his time assisting me when I need help. He is very dependable and the love for his patients truly shows. He takes time and goes over and beyond his call of duty. He cuts our hair and provides grooming to not only me but all the residents in CLC West and East. He makes me feel better. This shows how selfless he truly is and the love that he has towards the nursing profession. Whenever Elvis is my nurse, I feel at ease. I trust that he will do everything that he needs to complete his work. I can always rely on him. I know that I need help and there are times when I want to move around by myself, but I know that I need to be safe and not hesitate. However, I do not even need to call because he is very attentive to my needs. He is very empathetic and listens to what I have to say. This makes me feel important.
