Emilie T Johnson, RN

Emilie went way above and beyond as my husband’s nurse during his time under her care. She was always pleasant, professional, attentive, thorough, thoughtful, and kind. What makes Emilie extra special is that she saved my husband’s life. Were it not for her quick action and take-charge demeanor I am sure he would not be with us today. Unfortunately, my husband, under sedation yanked his Impella device out of his main artery. Emilie did not hesitate to jump on top of him to apply pressure and call for help. She was covered in his blood from head to toe and even ruined her shoes but did not hesitate to save my husband. Emilie is to be commended not only for her quick-thinking lifesaving actions but for her sweet spirit, kind demeanor, pleasant attitude, and endless energy. I am so very grateful that she was my husband’s nurse during this time of crisis.
