Our mother made the choice to choose hospice over suffering. Emily was in the room while mom told the doctor who respected my mom’s wishes of stopping treatment for kidney failure and being in comfort care. Emily went over and beyond as we waited for mom to pass.

Emily, you made sure mom, and the family were comfortable and taken care of. You fought for our mom to be comfortable. You listened and showed compassion.
