Emily Limbaugh was nominated for the exceptional care she provided to a patient who was recently hospitalized. The family member praised all of the nurses on the WCU, but said that Emily "took it to the next level" by managing her pain and making her feel that she was her only patient. Emily is a nurse who believes she can make a difference with a patient and consistently does on a daily basis.

"Emily's care of her patients always exceeds expectations. She treats all of her patients as if they were family." Emily's compassion and commitment extend to her co-workers as well, making her an excellent role model and a valued asset to her unit. We are so fortunate to have her here at Brookwood!
