From the beginning of my stay on this floor Emily demonstrated a care above and beyond what I ever expected. Emily made my stay here a very pleasurable one, she addressed my pain needs and helped me when I think I was just wanting some attention. She always demonstrated a professional care along with a compassionate attitude.

Emily Loeffler was a marvelous nurse. She was the kindest gal and stayed with me when I needed it. All of the nurses were great, but Emily was outstanding. She started my IV with such careful attention that I did not bruise and I did not have any pain. I was scared about a procedure and she stayed with me the whole time and reassured me. I know she was working with other patients, but she always made me feel that I could count on her to be there for me. Emily was so dynamic and made my experience great. I don't want to go anywhere but Sinai for my care. I feel comfortable and safe there. It is my place. My friends told me don't expect visitors if you go to Sinai, I told them I don't need company - I have my support at Sinai and Emily and the team were wonderful proof of that support.
