Emily Schmahl, BSN, RN

Emily has been assigned my room three times. And each time she has displayed professionalism and empathy. I have called upon her service countless times and regardless, she would come in with a positive demeanor and desire to help in any way possible, no matter how tedious. You can tell the weekend RNs are spread thin by the countless times they are called on their phone. Despite this, when in her care, I was her utmost priority and made sure she went above and beyond. She is working nonstop and still displays positive energy. She showed me how little I know about the impact and duties that RNs have on daily operations. Thank you for delivering high-quality care while creating such a positive environment during my time as a patient.
