Emily is an extremely compassionate, skilled nurse who went above and beyond to make sure all my healthcare needs were met, not only physically but also emotionally. She always took the time to listen and answer all of my questions, especially when I was given serious news that I had to find a hepatologist associated with a transplant clinic. Emily knew I was down and sat down and took the time to offer emotional support. There was no shower curtain in my room so I could shower; I just mentioned it and it was taken care of. As a young nurse, she displays all the criteria that are so needed; professionalism, empathy, skilled nurse. She is an asset to the team.
