When I requested a bath Emily stayed in the bathroom with me to ensure my hair was washed and to make sure, I had clean clothes. She stayed as long as I needed and kept checking on me frequently. I was having surgery the next day and Emily made sure all of my preparations were done before her shift ended. The next morning Emily was back and spent time praying with me before my surgery. The whole time she has a nursing student that she spent a lot of time teaching and caring for while she was training. Emily was one of the most compassionate nurses I have ever met.
