I want to start by saying that everyone in this unit is amazing. They all made me feel like I was the only new mom and gave me and my baby so much care and attention. Emma looked after us overnight on our last night and was so personable and spent a ton of time with us to help me nurse my son. She proposed ideas I hadn't tried yet, gave me confidence, and was just all-around exactly who I needed that night. She went above and beyond more than any other healthcare provider I've encountered. You are all so lucky to have her in this unit. Super helpful, really gentle and kind, and super professional, she treated our baby with love and responded to all of our questions! Thanks, Emma (we have no issues at all with the rest of the personnel, we are super happy and grateful!)

Solid care and help recovering from a c-section. Emma was the night nurse who took care of us as soon as we got out of the OR. She helped my husband and me navigate the first few days of being new parents, from lactation to healing. Not only was she a knowledgeable nurse, but her presence was calming with excellent bedside manners. We were so appreciative of her care during this challenging time. She gave us the confidence that we could do this, and everything would be ok.

Soon as we were sent here after labor, I felt nothing but love and support from Nurse Emma. She made me feel at ease with my daughter’s blood sugar issues. Went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we were in her care. Luckily, we had her for a second night and the same get-it-done attentiveness! We appreciate all her hard work and thoughtfulness. We will forever remember our experience here as unforgettable because of her. Thanks, Emma!
