Emma McLaughlin, RN

Emma is an example of an Extraordinary Nurse. She is a patient advocate. She is extremely pleasant, especially to my uncle who has a mental disability. Her energy lit up the room and instantly brought a smile to my face. She advocated for my uncle when the provider assigned him was not responsive. She kept calling the provider to provide her with a plan for my uncle. Emma kept calling to find out answers and a plan for my uncle until the provider came to the room. She was informative and communicated professionally with the family to keep us updated. She kept fighting for my uncle with a smile on her face until she got answers.
