English is always a very caring and kind nurse. However, today she went above and beyond for a patient. Our patient, B, was very upset because his stay here at MRMC kept extending due to unforeseen medical complications. B was very worried about his glasses that needed to be picked up from Lenscrafters and the mail piling up at home. He has no local family to assist. English picked up B’s glasses and mail and brought them to him at the hospital on her day off from work. Thank you, English for being an exceptional nurse!
