While caring for a patient in the Emergency Department who had worried family members who reside out of state, Eric worked diligently to ensure the family was kept informed of medical updates, listened to the family’s report on the patient’s complex medical history and acted as a liaison between the patient’s family and the medical team. The patient's family stated that Eric was absolutely amazing for all his work. He was very knowledgeable, very perceptive, very caring, and very helpful throughout the night into the next morning. The patient’s sister also said, "I just can’t thank you enough for the marvelous nurse that Eric is! Both my sister and I are so very grateful for your having him on your staff!"
