Erica Williams is constantly being challenged to provide the absolute best care in every situation. She always rises to the challenge. She is always there to help her peers out regardless of what she is dealing with on her own assignments. There are far too many times she has risen above and beyond to help each resident out.

Erica is a very special nurse who is always helping the RTW staff on the floor while still completing her own duties, going out of her way to look for different opportunities to help. She is a very kind nurse to the residents. She is always ready to answer all their questions and assist them with what seems like a small task to us. However, it is a very big, important task to the resident who is asking for help, such as making a bed, tying their shoes or helping them to the bathroom. Erica handles these tasks with care and professionalism and never passes the buck to one of her teammates. Erica never complains about the workload, even when taking more than assigned. She is just an all around wonderful, special, kind and loving person and nurse to be around, look up to and IVH is lucky to have her.
