As a healthcare professional myself, I know how easy it is to become insensitive to human suffering. That's why I was so impressed by the very sincere, caring, and professional way in which Erica treated my elderly mother. Erica took the time to learn not only my mother's diagnosis and treatment but also the context of her struggle. In addition to her kind bedside manner, Erica also spent time answering my questions, which helped put all of us at ease. My mom's experience and recovery was made better just by having Erica as her nurse.
