Erica has been the glue that has held our unit together, in a time where we were falling apart. She is the definition of how a manager should lead. She holds everyone to the same standards and expectations, including herself. She will never ask a staff member to do something that she wouldn't do herself. She always leads by example. Quality work life balance is very important, and she is very aware of the happenings in her staff's lives, it makes for a more cared about feeling for unit staff.

I believe Erica very much deserves this award; she goes above and beyond for this organization and is always willing to assist where she can. She has stuck with us through the hard times of COVID and all the new changes that we have seen over the last few years. 2 South is incredibly lucky to have a leader like Erica; she is someone that advocates for her staff and helps them reach their goals.

Erica is one of the most professional and supportive supervisors I have ever had. She is passionate about her job and never breaks a promise that she makes to her staff. She will move mountains for her staff ensuring a calming presence to a chaotic environment. She is always ready to listen and always makes time to support you.
