Ericka is a nurse who is very professional but makes you feel like family. She is firm but polite. When it came to an incident I didn’t want to do, she explained the rationale, made it simple, and I agreed to the task. She’s a nurse every patient should have. She is real and professional. If I ever come back, I hope she’s on staff!
