We could not be more grateful to have had Erika Piserchia as our nurse in the Postpartum ward. I had just given birth to my first child, and the 24 hours of labor to postpartum care was a whirlwind of new information mixed with delirium. Erika was like a baby-caring angel who helped us feel so taken care of, and most importantly, helped us figure out our breastfeeding and formula plan when we weren't so sure which way to go. Now six weeks out from birth, I can say she was single-handedly our guide to finding a feeding plan with confidence. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for her kindness, patience, knowledge, sincerity, and empathy throughout our entire stay. Thank you, Erika! You make this world a better place.
