I was honestly terrified of having this procedure. After being poked quite a few times, was even more terrified. By the time I got to Erika, I was scared, sick, and exhausted. She put me at ease within the first 5 minutes of her introduction. I have never been taken care of by any nurse the way she did. She answered all of my questions and asked all the right ones. I never had to wait for anything and always made sure that my pain was controlled. I wish I had had her as a nurse previously.
