Erin noticed a commotion in the cafeteria and saw that a visitor with a family member in the ICU was in distress. She gave the Heimlich maneuver a few times to this family member. It was successful, the visitor was able to breathe again and wanted to thank Erin for saving her life!

Erin made me feel like a human again after my stroke. She was so patient with me and went above and beyond what a nurse should do, even in the ICU. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she also helped my wife cope with the stress that we weren't ready for. Erin was professional, compassionate, and empathetic towards me and my family. Even simple things such as ordering me an extra drink for lunch, to taking me outside during the day so I could feel what it felt like to be outside again after being inside the ICU for a week. She was a great advocate for my treatment. I don't think I would have progressed and recovered as quickly if it weren't for her. Thank you from the bottom of my and my family's heart.
