Ernest 'Nandu' Illo was amazing with the care of my dad. He has a great sense of humor and bantered with my dad.
He was kind, gentle, and patient. He takes the time to explain everything that is happening and every medication.
He answers any questions and really tries to understand my dad.
Nandu has been very kind and sweet to my dad and to my mom while she is absorbing everything.

We really appreciated Nandu - he is amazing at what he does. He is good at delivering the news that doctors don't always do.
