After having a difficult colon surgery, I was getting frustrated and demoralized with my rate of recovery. Estrelita never let me give up. She held me to a very high standard of personal responsibility for my own care and made me "own" my recovery. She was a ray of sunshine during a difficult time. Her bright and caring attitude should be commended and lauded. She was a source of encouragement and hope. Her professionalism, care, attitude, personal philosophy all add up to her being one of the best RNs I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
