Eunice performs her job at an exemplary level and demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to the organization. Eunice takes on the roles of preceptor and charge nurse with grace. She is known to provide exceptional support to staff during and after their completion of orientation. She is quick to identify the individual needs of orientees and moves efficiently to provide key information and direction to staff.

Eunice goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of each patient have been met. She is extremely thorough in all her patient assessments, takes the time to educate her patients and ensure they understand the information being provided and is in constant communication with the physicians and the interdisciplinary team to update the patient’s plan of care and course of treatment throughout their admission. Her efforts do not go unnoticed. Eunice is able to lessen or eliminate patient fears and anxiety about their current situation.
