From the moment she walked into the room and introduced herself, it was evident this was so much more than just a job to her. I really felt she cared about my child. Her compassion towards him and me was unmatched.

She always told me what she was doing and why she was doing it before she started. I never felt out of the loop or uninformed, and she made sure of that. She was on top of asking the doctor any questions I had and making sure she received a quick answer and was ready to act as soon as she received the okay to do so.

She made a scary stay a lot easier for me as a mom. Her smile and personality really lit up the room and let you know that everything was going to be okay.
