Faith is a nurse who made me feel human again.
I've been coming to this hospital since the late 70s. My most recent visit has been, frankly, a horrible experience. Many, many little things happened adding up to my feelings, and after a week, they failed to improve. As one problem would seem straightened out, another would arise. Faith became my nurse on a Friday evening a week later. I had hopes once again. And as the night progressed it improved greatly by not getting worse. This trend continued, she anticipated my needs, was always more than pleasant. She even laughed at my jokes. I don't know what went wrong this week. This is the best hospital I have ever been to as a patient. I even died here for 28 minutes until revived so you'd understand my affection. Since moving out of the area almost three years ago, I had to go to other facilities due to emergencies and got medical care.

I always get myself brought here since I know the quality of care I'll receive- hence my disappointment last week. Faith changed all of that for me. She is an asset that should be treasured. I never complain in written form even but will over my compliments. Faith is a nurse who made me feel human again. I never felt like I was bothering her. May God bless her and all of you in your work. Thank you for your time as well.
