As a patient with lupus, IgM, mgus, and severe allergies. Fatama went out of her way and went above and beyond to get me the best care. She truly listens and understands the needs of the patient. As a brand new nurse, she was not afraid to fight for what is right for the patient based on medical history and elevate the quality of care. Her compassion truly shows in her work and the relationship she built with me just understanding my complicated history. More nurses should follow her example. I just want to say thank you for her hard work and all she did. She is a role model to others in her field.
