My dad was in the hospital for days after a fall. 2 days before he died in the hospital, Nanda wheeled him out of the room as she noticed he was getting more confused in the hospital. She shaved his face and got him out of the room for the first time after 2 weeks in bed!
My dad loved the snow and that was the last time he saw the snow. The next day Nanda tried to do the same but called my brother right away to report he wasn't doing well. She arranged my niece to visit him for the last time and made sure we had the information we needed regarding hospice care. All the nurses were great, but she was the most compassionate and hands-on. Thank you for making his day and being an amazing person.
