Flavia did a great job working with a critical patient on the telemetry floor! She was on top of her labs and radiology studies, advocated for her patient when she was uncomfortable with something, and got her treatments in quickly.
Some nurses might have advocated transferring a patient this complex to another floor. Flavia hung in there and got it done. She may have just saved him from a ventilator and definitely just helped saved his life. This is how it's done. Strong work!
