I am privileged to submit this nomination to recognize and honor an exceptional Clinical Nurse, for the exemplary skills, talents, expertise, commitment, and personal attributes, and for the transformative impact within Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Foziah's unique blend of professional skills and compassionate care have made a real and positive difference in the lives of her patients, including mine.

In my experience as one of her patients, what sets the caregiver apart as an exceptional Clinical Nurse is her unwavering dedication to the Quality, Safety, and Relationship-Based Culture elements of the Cleveland Clinic Health System.

Her dedicated efforts have made a real difference in my life. I first met the caregiver in 2022 in the Cardiology Department of CCAD. At that time, the caregiver nonverbally projected sincere human care and concern for me and understanding of my condition, such that I felt like a person, not a patient. It was a remarkably heartwarming and memorable experience.

Foziah's patient care skills and professionalism are simply outstanding, as are her highly developed interpersonal skills, her impeccable work ethic, and her genuine kindness and care for her patients.
