I have worked with Francy both as a physician and as her patient when I was recently admitted following the birth of my first baby. She went above and beyond to help me adjust to motherhood. She not only made sure that I was medically cared for, but also took the time to provide me and my daughter with emotional support and reassurance. My entire hospital stay, she was always there to help me with my post-op care and pain management. We were having a particularly difficult time with adjusting to feeding and sleeping, and Francy came in and wrapped me with a blanket, gave me a pat on the shoulder, swaddled my daughter and stroked her head, and helped us both to relax and be comfortable together. That was when I knew I had the confidence to be a new mom. I can't thank her enough, and I hope that her award comes with benefits!
