Francy Lopez 2, RN, BSN

Francy came on her shift and really just lit up my day for me. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I felt well cared for while going through a very traumatic birthing experience. She took the time to sit and talk with an empathetic ear. I felt strong emotional support from her, which is critical and often overlooked in postpartum caregiving. She took the time to ask me about myself and share her own experience and expertise. She made me feel heard and seen beyond my physical injuries. I felt she went above and beyond and am so happy she crossed my path during such an overwhelming time.
