Fred O'Neil, RN

My mom was in the hospital for over a week and was very confused and disoriented at times. She needed some additional help in the bathroom, and Fred came in with no hesitation to help, treating her with the utmost dignity and respect. When she needed water, had a question, and was ultimately discharged, he was prompt, friendly, and professional. St Mary’s Healthcare is so lucky to have an RN like him!
