Back from my UN mission in 2014, I put my experience as a first aid trainer to the benefit of the National Gendarmerie for having participated in training several gendarmes in combat first aid.
De la promotion 93-95 de l’Ecole de Gendarmerie d’Abidjan, j’ai aussitôt intégré le Service de Santé de la Gendarmerie Nationale. J’ai fait mes premiers pas dans ce domaine au Centre Principal de Santé de la caserne d’Agban Gendarmerie après l’obtention de mon Certificat de spécialité 1 et 2 option infirmier. En 1998, j’ai intégré l’INFAS pour l’obtention en 2002 de mon diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier.
Quatre années après c’est-à-dire en 2006, je suis retourné au cycle supérieur de l’INFAS pour l’obtention de mon Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées en Soins Infirmier option Surveillant d’Unités de Soins. De 2006-2012, j’ai exercé cette fonction au Centre Principal de Santé de la Gendarmerie d’Agban où je coachais près d’une quarantaine de collaborateurs. Je suis titulaire de plusieurs diplômes tels que : Droit international Humanitaire et Droit des conflits armés, Conduite des opérations humanitaires, Ethique et Maintien de la paix, Action antimines, Genre, leadership et commandement, Suivi-Evaluation Secourisme. J’ai intégré dans ma manière de servir, des valeurs comme l’intégrité, le professionnalisme et le respect de la diversité culturelle pour avoir servi pendant deux années en Haïti au sein de la Mission des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation de Haïti de 2012 à 2014 comme Team Leader et formateur en Secourisme et Réanimation Cardio-respiratoire avec une ONG Canadienne Ambulance Saint Jean dans le projet dénommé FAITH (First Aid Instructors Training in Haïti).
De retour de ma mission onusienne en 2014, j’ai mis mon expérience de formateur en secourisme au profit de la Gendarmerie Nationale pour avoir participé à former plusieurs gendarmes au secourisme au combat. En 2017-2018, j’ai continué à renforcer mes capacités en intégrant par voie de concours le prestigieux Centre Africain d’Etudes Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG) de Dakar où j’en suis sorti avec un MBA en Gestion des Services de Santé, option Gestion des programmes et projets de santé. Je suis en ce moment chef de service de l’administration sanitaire et des ressources humaines de santé à la Direction de Santé et de l’Action Sociale des Armées (DSASA) du Ministère de la Défense. Chargé à l’organisation de l’Association des Paramédicaux des Armées (APMA-CI). Je totalise 29 ans de service dans le domaine de la santé.
