I had my routine INR check, I have AFIB. She asked how I was feeling. I said, "Blahh." She took my blood pressure and pulse and I was in AFIB at the time. She raced around and rearranged appointments to get me in to see a doctor right away. It ended up I needed my BP meds increased and also an echocardiogram and an appointment with the heart doctor.

Gayle went above and beyond the call of duty. She ALWAYS does! She always has a smile on her face no matter how rushed or busy she is.

Gayle always has the patients' best interest in mind. She continually goes above and beyond to make sure patients are take care of and satisfied with their care at Broadlawns.

One example was a patient having trouble with her new insurance obtaining blood sugar testing supplies. Gayle stayed late on a Friday to work with the patient's pharmacy in obtaining glucometer for the weekend.

Gayle continually assists patients and staff, complete impeccable documentation and brings a positive attitude that reflects what a great place Broadlawns is both from patient and staff perspective.
