Genesis Jimenez, RN

Genesis is patient, listens, and asks questions.  She patiently explains every detail.  She shows empathy and caring in all ways.  Her extra miles after hearing about my struggle to obtain an early cup of coffee that morning from other team members and the cafeteria, she brought me a paid coffee early the next morning and then again, the next morning.  She is also a great support to me at Christmas when I found myself alone and away from my family for the first time in 55 years.  She swapped stories of prior years and her family, and I stand to admire her.
