I am a Banner employee. I was taken to the ER via Rapid Response Code. I had the most severe hypoglycemic episode I had ever had, and my coworkers called it in. I wanted to express my gratitude. Everyone that I encountered was beyond wonderful!!! I was especially impressed by Genesis!! From the second she came to my rescue until the second I left, she was kind, personable and very empathetic. I was taken care of in such a compassionate and patient way by her!
You can feel that she is "genuine". Her personality radiates throughout the ER!!
One of the most important qualifications of a good nurse is to be a good human first and foremost. This certainly applies to Genesis.
Genesis, our patients are very lucky to have you as I was very fortunate to have you take care of me that day. I certainly walked away with an appreciation for you!!
