Genina has been extremely attentive and all around amazing. It is a blessing to have her take care of my loved one. Every time Genina walked into our room, it was with smiles with an introduction and to tell us what is going to be done, informing us of everything she knows and then some. I believe it is important that the family members understand exactly what is going on with their loved one. We never had to pester Genina as she was always easy to find and made herself available to us. She even informed us when she went on a break so if we needed her we would have the name of a different nurse we could talk to until she returned.
My loved one was not easy to handle. I love and appreciate Genina making her feel like it was important to tend to her. She took extra care to notice what my loved one liked or didn't like. She would communicate to her and let her know what was happening ahead of time so that my loved one was prepared. Genina took extra precautions to be gentle and loving so we could get it done a little easier. She is an incredible employee. She works hard for this hospital and for the patients and the patient's family. I'm so lucky Genina was my loved one's nurse. Love you!

Genina greeted me at the hospital when my mother was admitted after a fall. Her organs were shutting down and we knew this might be the end of her life. Genina told me that she remembered my mother from a previous visit when complications began. She remembered every medical detail and was able to assess the situation for the family better than anyone. Genina was loving and kind to my mom and practical and patient with the family. She explained things thoroughly and honestly through our ordeal. No detail was overlooked, and I will never forget Genina's kindness and expertise.
