I am a 31-year-old patient and scheduled for a procedure. While waiting for my test preparation to identify if I am eligible to undergo the actual procedure, I was called by Ghada and she was welcoming and started to educate me before starting the preparation of medication. She was so compassionate when I expressed my fears regarding this procedure, she listens to me silently and patiently, reassured me, and answered my queries. She said, "All of us will be here to help you, so you have nothing to worry about".

On the day of the appointment procedure, she was also the same nurse caring for me, she explained everything to me in detail and assisted me all the time. After the procedure, she was always there and she continued her positive attitude of caring from start to end. What makes her different is 3 things; first, she's always around to help everyone compassionately, second, her listening way (she listens, understands, and reassures) which is empathy, and third her professionalism in providing high-quality care. In one word she's GREAT.
