My husband and I arrived at Boone Hospital. We proceeded to the 3rd floor and we were very kindly processed by the two lovely ladies at the front desk. Later, we were approached by a charming RN whose name is Robin. We were led to a very nice room and I was given excellent instructions to prepare for the EUS. Robin was kind and explained each thing she did. She was an EXCELLENT IV "installer!” She made certain that I, and my husband, were comfortable and kept us informed as to what and who would be coming into the room.

When I was wheeled into the operating room, Jan RN, took over and was extremely efficient in explaining what was to be done and she made sure I was comfortable. She was also very helpful following the procedure and made certain my husband & I were informed regarding all the necessary papers, & instructions were understood before we left.

Grace was another attendant who was involved and she was very kind and attentive. We were both impressed with the kindness and excellent care I was given. I am 86 yrs. old and my husband is 91 and I was not looking forward to this event! (I am certain that he wasn't either!) However, all the individuals really made us feel at ease. Thank all of them for us.
