Ginny Martin is the fearless leader of the Ambulatory Care Department. She has the awesome responsibility of managing 90+ employees in 3 different buildings. She is always upbeat and positive when she speaks to her staff. She communicates to all via email, at least daily but often a few times per day, to ensure that staffing is adequate. She also holds monthly staff meetings at various times and locations so staff can get to hear the latest and greatest OPD and TUH news. These meetings are taped so all staff can be informed. No matter how busy Ginny is, she is always able to listen to your concerns and helps to solve any issues. It is a great honor to have Ginny Martin as the recipient of the first Fox Chase Nurse Leader Award.
