Gloria has made such a huge impact on my 15-year-old who was under her care for wound care and our entire family! She is so dedicated, hardworking, caring, professional, and compassionate and we were so lucky to have her as our nurse! Gloria eased our stress and worries, from the start. She identified that my child would benefit from lidocaine and closely worked with our physician and pharmacy to make sure we had it for wound dressing changes. That made a huge difference in how my child tolerated the procedure. This was an emotionally challenging time for my husband and me, but Gloria was there with empathy and care and made this process so much better! We cannot thank her enough for everything.
