Grace Mamaril, RN

I like working with Grace because as our charge nurse, I see her always calm and composed even in chaotic and busy situations on the floor. I am comfortable reporting issues and problems to her because she always manages to handle them calmly and solve even the most difficult situations. I never hear her say “I cannot do it” but I always see her as very patient, hardworking, helpful, and effectively leading the floor so well. She is a compassionate nurse to the patients, the family, and the staff as well. Grace is clearly a role model to everyone around her and a true DAISY Nurse.
