My sister spent 30 days in the hospital at MD Anderson. She had many wonderful nurses throughout her stay. Mary Grace was one of her nurses that truly went above and beyond during my sister’s hospitalization. She was so kind and caring to my sister. Mary Grace would help my sister even when was not assigned to her room. She was always encouraging my sister. Mary Grace would always take the time needed to care for my sister. She would stand by her bed and patiently help her swallow her medication. The day my sister died, Mary Grace came to my sister’s room when the priest came to anoint and pray for my sister. Her presence there shows what a kind, caring, and compassionate person she is.
