Gracenell Jackson-David’s experience as a Behavioral Health RN has broadened her understanding of mental illness and the necessity of providing a tailored individualized approach to the patient’s nursing care management.

Ms. David worked at NYC H+H/Woodhull as a Patient Care Associate in Behavioral Health in 2018, where she ensured that the patient’s care always came first. Although it was a challenge to balance work and her studies, Ms. David was determined to succeed. She obtained her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Medgar Evers College (2015-2018) and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University (2021-2022). Her career at NYC H+H/Woodhull as an RN started in January 2021.

Ms. David can be relied upon to stay calm under pressure in Psychiatric emergencies. She is dedicated and feels great satisfaction that she’s in a position to therapeutically impact her patients.
