I came in to the ER with a crippling migraine and was admitted to the hospital shortly after. Once in my room, the nurse I had was very, very sweet and my meds were onboard from the hospitalist. The next days were rough. The neurologist canceled all my meds and would not answer my phone calls or texts. I went through the weekend with no relief.

Then I met Hadley! All of the sudden I immediately had a nurse who was exceptional at her job. She could read me like a book. Handling my care wasn’t easy but, Hadley handled me with both professionalism and empathy. She was constantly on top of my care and spent a lot of time contacting all my doctors. My frustration was her frustration, my pain was her pain. Hadley always came to my room with a smile, keeping me on top of my care and following up with me on what was going on behind the scenes. I have Lupus and am a professional patient. I have been in hospitals all over the country but, Hadley truly sets a high bar for quality of care. A true advocate!
