Hailey J Lockard, BSN

Hailey Lockard is always diligently and tirelessly provides care for all her patients. On a particular day while managing a critical care assignment, Hailey astutely identified an acute pulseless leg in one of her patients. This quick recognition allowed the providers to act accordingly and essentially save the patient's leg. This is only one of the many times that Hailey has provided exceptional care to her patients. No matter the situation or what the shift entails, Hailey works with a smile on her face and treats each patient as if they were her own family. Hailey eagerly helps her coworkers when asked and oftentimes steps into help with the various needs of the unit. She sees a need and fulfills it with grace. These are just some of the reasons why I believe Hailey is deserving of a DAISY Award.
