Hakyung (Heidi) Kim, RN

Heidi was such an angel during my induction and eventual c-section and first few days postpartum. As a first-time mom, I had no clue what I was doing but Heidi was such a wonderful encourager and so helpful as I navigated new and uncharted waters. When I was anxious or when I was in unbearable pain with hormones raging and a short fuse, she was so kind and took all of my emotions in stride with grace. She was understanding, compassionate, and so gentle during the most life-changing moments for me and my family. Every patient deserves to have a Heidi. I’ve never been more pleased or satisfied with my care than I was with her on rotation each night. Not only did she provide compassionate care, but she is truly gifted with her talent and knowledge as a nursing professional.
