Haley advocated for her patient when she was concerned about the patient’s worsening respiratory condition in a med-surg unit. The current treatments were not offering relief in which Haley called a rapid response twice to advocate for this patient to be on positive pressure ventilation in the PICU. This patient ultimately was transferred, and Haley should be credited for her advocacy and knowledge.

My daughter has autism and for her to open up to people is rare. From the moment she met Haley, she opened up to her like she had known her for years. She is a very caring, lovable person who gave my daughter the best treatment we’ve ever received. Her hospitality was great, always checking up on us and making sure we were ok.
